Stancija Plat

There is a small village, on the beautiful island of Cres, named Plat. Maybe the best way to describe it would be some verse which our granny used to recite us as she was so nostalgic for her childhood passed in this peaceful place: “Plat ride e tace, Plat è sempre in pace” / “Plat laughs and remains silent, Plat is always quiet”/

People moved away from Plat worldwide in search of a better life.  Our grandmother is no longer alive and from the old school remained only walls and on our grandmother’s gardens we made Villa Plat. We wanted to share with you the eternal beauty of Plat, its laughter and silence. In this oasis of peace, away from the hustle of big cites, we have built a house with 3 luxury suites that will make your holiday eventful, complete and beautiful.

House Rules

Dear guests, to make sure that you have pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read below our house rules:

  1. Accomodation is available from 17.00 hr on the day of arrival until 10.00 hr on the day of departure
  2. Upon arrival at the reception please turn in your identity card or passport to the host. Personal documents will be returned to you within 24 hours.
  3. Please take good care of property and equipment in apartment. As insurance in case of loss, guest is required when registering at reception a deposit of 150e to the owner that he will at the end of your staying refund in full, or it will be used as refund for the possible damage done. If the damage is greater than the specified amount, guest is required to top up the full amount.
  4. During the stay, guests are expected to keep the apartment clean as well as at the end of the stay they should present it in appropriate condition as they found it on arrival.
  5. Please turn off electric appliances and taps when not around. Do not leave air conditioning on while not in apartment or with windows open.
  6. Pets are allowed only with prior announcement in the reservation.
  7. Smoking is strictly forbidden in apartments, only outside.
  8. House rules is an integral part of the lease. Guests are requested to read house rules before making a reservation.

Reservation and payment
30 % of the amount of the reservation is due to be paid immediately on-line, the remaining sum must be paid before leaving.

Final payment:

We accept the following credit cards, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Visa payWave and cash. The final balance payment is due departure date.

Cancellation Policy

In a case of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival, there won’t be any charges for accommodation.
